Our foundation is helping those who are underprivileged and handicapped, whose problems are repairable by medical operations. In commutating of birthday 21st, Sinar Pelangi foundation make social subordination exhibited on June 28th up to July 3rd 2010.Many amateur from community joint to take this occasion.Being of activities, Sinar Pelangi foundation wanted to acknowledge itself to community in common that there is a clinic, namely Clara Pfander clinic for community. This clinic have begun for activities but many people in around have not known it yet.The social subordination include free madicare, free of tooth check up, Mammografi detection (detection of breast), Paspmear detection, gathering circumcision.

 In the middle of April 2010 Yayasan Sinar Pelangi will conduct a social service in Buton Island in the city of Bau-Bau.
The foundation will bring a team of Surgery Doctors from Jakarta to Bau- Bau to help registered patients which consists of about 60 children who suffer hare lip, cleft palate, and platinum.
The patients also come from surrounding islands.
Yayasan Sinar Pelangi is cooperating with Pulau Buton's RSUD Bau-Bau (General Hospital of Bau-Bau) to conduct the operations which are free of charge for those who can't afford the operation.
Social Service for free surgery cleft lip and slit the sky on the 13th until the 20th of April 2010 has been completed. For social activities, the Foundation Sinar Pelangi get a very good response and many devotees. Many families, especially for those less able to run the operation could be helped in this activity. In this surgery, there were 57 patients who had assisted. Social activity has issued operating costs amounted to approximately Rp 203 millions. In these social activities, Sinar Pelangi Foundation brought direct medical team from Jakarta who specialize in plastic surgery specialists, namely Dr. Arend K. Ponggawa Sp.BP.
